Florida RF Labs’ and EMC’s top management has defined and documented the organization’s environmental policy in the EMS Policy to ensure that it:

a) is appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental impacts of Florida RF Labs’ and EMC’s activities, products or services;

b) includes a commitment to continual improvement and prevention of pollution;

c) includes a commitment to comply with relevant environmental legislation and regulations, and with other requirements to which Florida RF Labs and EMC subscribes;

d) provides the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets;

e) is documented, implemented and maintained and communicated to all employees;

f) is available to the public.

Environmental Policy:

Florida RF Labs, Inc. and EMC Technology are based in Stuart, Florida. It designs, manufacturers and sells high power resistors, terminations, attenuators as coaxial, stripline and microstrip devices in flange and surface mount configurations. FRFL and EMC also manufactures and test RF and microwave coaxial cable assemblies. We at FRFL and EMC recognize our responsibility to the community for those aspects of the business that impact on the environment. We are dedicated to operating in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal environmental regulations. We are committed to the prevention of pollution in all operations and activities, and continually improve our operations and activities to protect the environment.
